Koh Pich

Diamond Island Satellite City is developed on a land area of 100 hectares. First conceptualized in 2006, OCIC signed an agreement with the government of Phnom Penh to develop the island as the city's first satellite city.

Chroy Changvar Satellite City

The Chroy Changvar Satellite City is a transportation hub for Phnom Penh and a gateway for the capital touted as the crown jewel connecting the northern and north-eastern regions of Cambodia.

Olympia City

The Olympia City is located in the heart of Phnom Penh. The development area is approximately 6.8 hectares, comprising of the Olympia Mall, Canadian International School, Office Buildings, ​Residential Condominiums, Medical Center, Clubhouse, and other facilities.

Norea City is a satellite city developed by OCIC, with a budget of more than $2.5 billion. Norea City is located within the heart of the Capital city, Phnom Penh, developed on 125 hectares of land.

Tourism City, the project financed by Canadia Bank, is located at east of Siem Reap which officially launched in December 2017.

New Hope City

Borey New Hope, financed by Canadia Bank, started its construction on an area of 40 hectares in 2017, which consists of shop houses, flat houses, and row houses.
